Friday Favorites: Halloween Edition I

Source
I've neglected my Friday Favorites posts for a few weeks now, and I'm sorry (kind of, not really).

But never fear, I've got something special in store for you this month. From sweet treats and spooky displays to awesome costumes and other creeptastic finds, I'll be sharing my favorite Halloween-related odds and ends from around the web each week!

I do a lot of crocheting in the fall and winter, but I've still yet to master the art of knitting. This book definitely makes me want to give the craft a serious shot.

This Halloween bark candy recipe on Completely Delicious looks....completely delicious! Meg and I are hosting an old-fashioned sleepover this weekend with some of our other lady friends, and I'm whipping up a batch to bring with me. I'll let you know how it turns out!

I'm super geeking out over this incredible specimen display. Could you imagine going to a Halloween party and having this greet you at the door? It would be marvelous (though I would want to keep this display up 24/7/365 if it were in my own home).

How sweet are these nail decals by Pine Galaxy on Etsy? I'm in love with the spiders and the zombies, though she has plenty of other fun designs for sale for all occasions.

It's the most wonderful time of the year! And no, I don't mean Christmas. I'm talking about the few short weeks that General Mills puts out their infamous and delicious monster cereals each Halloween season! I will never outgrow my love of Boo Berry, no sir.

Eclectically Vintage put together this amazing arachnid wreath... and you all know how I feel about spiders! I might just make one for myself!

I'd personally use this lovely skull serving tray year-round.

I'm normally not a big fan of painted pumpkins, but these ones created by Uncommon Designs are simply lovely. Follow that link for a tutorial for how to make your own.

These little muslin ghosts are absolutely adorable.

And here's a little GIF to get your weekend started!
